The ideal candidate

Fluent in Danish or English
Willingness to work in an environment where people run fast
Have at least 6 months of experience as a Window Cleaner (or a course)
Driver's license is a requirement

Worth knowing

Do I need to be in good physical shape to become a good window cleaner?

As a starting point, no, but since the job as a window cleaner is physically demanding, being in good shape helps.

Do you need a driver's license to become a window cleaner at Duuo?

No, it's not necessary. As we are a company with many shops, restaurants, clinics, etc., in the city center, you can also get around on one of our electric cargo bikes.

Are you salaried or on piecework pay?

We highly value our employees' freedom and privacy. Therefore, you are permanently employed at duuo, ensuring our window cleaners do not overexert themselves, thereby also avoiding fatigue injuries and internal issues.

Do I need experience to become a window cleaner at Duuo?

It's not necessary. We have developed a solid training program to ensure our employees are up to the task. If you are hired by us without experience, we will make sure together that you become a skilled, thorough, and fast window cleaner.

What does it require from me personality-wise as an applicant to be part of duuo?

At duuo, we value personality over skills. Skills come with experience, but personality in the team is almost crucial. We are in the service industry, and therefore, it requires that you are friendly, smiling, well-groomed in neat and clean workwear with the duuo logo.

Does the job require working at heights?

As a window cleaner at duuo, you must be prepared to clean windows from ladders occasionally. We often use 'shaft', so a part of the window cleaning can be performed from street level. We also use lifts, but it's not a prerequisite that you can operate a lift.
