At duuo, we're all about helping our customers succeed. We offer a comprehensive range of facility services through our four departments, allowing the employees of our valued clients to stay focused on their core tasks and goals.

In short, we offer office assistance (we love to call the employees Office Heroes) to our many customers in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. 

Our team of Office Heroes is driven, responsible, and eager to make a difference. We're looking to expand our team with passionate individuals who bring their unique personalities to work, think independently, and enjoy finding smart solutions to recurring challenges.

The tasks

 
  • Set up & cleanup of lunch
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Watering plants
  • Filling up on snacks and drinks
  • Disinfection of office

The Office Hero department offers help to Copenhagen based offices: by taking care of the tasks that make a working place organized, functional, and shiny. 

In short, we take care of offices, so the employees on-site can focus on their tasks & goals - and we are looking for well organized and pragmatic people to help us out in making our customers happy and productive.

About the job


The job involves the following tasks on a daily basis:
  • Setup of lunch
  • Cleanup of lunch
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Watering of plants
  • Filling up on snacks and drinks
  • Buyer negotiation 
  • Disinfection of office

And many other tasks tailored to the individual company.
